Having handled over 1500 real estate transactions, we have extensive experience in working with complicated issues in probate, bankruptcy, and divorce. The Swalwell Group understands how to deal with attorneys and the complexities of different courts.

Everyone in the company has experienced financial hardship so we know what it feels like to suffer and loose sleep. EMERSON SWALWELL

Emerson Swalwell is a native Dallasite. After receiving his BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1976, he enjoyed two successful careers: one in banking and the other and insurance. With this experience, he went on to found The Swalwell Group in 1992. Emerson has also experienced financial hardship, so he knows what it is like to feel severe stress and worry due to money issues. He developed a heart for helping people. Emerson has given his clients the information they need to make educated decisions. He helps them ‘steer clear’ of predatory realtors who are merely out to make a quick buck. Emerson cares about each client he serves. He is a proud father and grandfather. Emerson is a member of all Saints Catholic Church in Dallas, serves on the board for the Docs Wawa Legacy, and is also a board member for Northwood University . When Emerson is not working he likes to bike, hunt, fish, and play sports.

LARRY COLGROVE

Larry Colgrove is a Texas Real Estate Broker and investor with over 20 years of experience. He is the president of VIP Financial Services and Dealmaker Reality. Larry helps and educates homeowners; he supports them in making the best decisions for moving forward. His specialty is short sales, but he is an expert in the field of real estate. Larry and Emerson became a team over 20 years ago; they have since formed The Swalwell Group which has helped thousands of home owners. Their compassionate group has helped develop an honest and robust approach to helping their DFW clients succeed.

Rachael Swalwell was raised Highland Park, Texas and attended Highland Park High School. Rachael grew up in the home renovation industry and has developed relationships with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners all over the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for the past 10 years. People love working with Rachael because she is creative, focused, and communicative. Rachael founded Junkyard Dawg Construction in 2012 and has been helping home owners ever since. She keeps her clients updated on their projects every step of the way and her modern and stylish approach to construction have made valuable impacts for her clients’ resale values.
